Intuitive Energy Healing

Service Description

This healing session uses Reiki and breathwork to bring you into inner coherence. A sound bath may also be offered during this intuitive healing session. After a brief guided meditation I will find the energy centers that are holding heavy or stuck emotions. I will work on these areas at an energetic level, clearing blockages, and bringing in a feeling of wholeness. At the beginning of the session, I welcome you to share anything on your mind and heart. All shared will be held with love and completely confidential. There is time after the Reiki session to discuss and share if desired.
