HeartMath Breathwork Session

Service Description

A person's ability to self regulate in any situation can lead to incredible health benefiting mind, body, and spirit. Bringing heart coherence into ones day to day life has immeasurable benefits. During this session I will explain how heart coherence and our breath work together. After I gather information, together we will formulate an individualized plan and give a breathwork exercises to take home with you.
