I had my very first ever reiki session with Joy and let me tell you I was extremely skeptical about Reiki and if it actually does anything! The concept and understanding that energy moves energy is interesting for we are always exerting and absorbing energy on a daily basis, whether than energy is good or bad. Joy puts you at ease and explains what healing methods she will use, although I think it is based on an individual level. My experience was powerful, other worldly and releasing. I cried.
