I have always been drawn to more.  More than my eyes can see; the meaning behind things and finding acceptance and grace when the path is challenging. Because of this, and personal challenges which led me on a journey of healing, I followed my heart and began to study various traditions of healing modalities.  In addition to being a Reiki Master, trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho traditions, I am also trained as a Kriya tradition Yoga Teacher, and became a HeartMath certified practitioner.  In addition to learning and evolving, I also enjoy creating visual art.
